Construction:
Highly efficient packing extractor with hardened and tempered screw end and flexible non-tension galvanized shaft with T handle for good grip.
Advantages:
Excellent spot drilling and extraction of old and hardened packing as well as from blocked and difficult locations.
The Flextractor was developed to remove old packing of any size. This can be a difficult and tiresome procedure made simple and quick by the use of the “Flextractor” packing extractor.
The long flexible shaft of the flextractor makes access easy even to those glands in the most awkward of positions and the hardened and tempered steel screw end is designed to give maximum penetration into the packing.
The Flextractor is available in four sizes, as follows:
- Size No.1 for 5mm & 6.5mm packing.
- Size No.2 for 8mm & 10mm packing.
- Size No.3 for 11mm 12.5mm & 16mm packing.
- Size No.4 for 20mm packing and larges.
Flextractor may be ordered in any quantities of individual sizes or in box sets compromising one of each size either No 1 - 3
or No 1 - 4.
The pattern ‘C’ Flextractor has the corkscrew tip integral with the Flextractor while the pattern ‘R’ has a replaceable tip. The preferred types should be specified when ordering.
Replacement tips are of course available individually.
